Job Description:
We are hiring a Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence while speaking, and the ability to handle client calls professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients.
• Explain company services and offerings clearly.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call logs and update the database regularly.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into clients.
• Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Graduate]
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
• Prior telecalling/voice process experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude, convincing power, and confidence on calls.

Salary: 7000 To 15000 per month

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
