CRM Executive

As a CRM Executive at our growing manufacturing unit in Balitikuri, Howrah, you will be responsible for handling dispatch follow-ups, client coordination, and end-to-end documentation. Your role will require strong communication skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and follow up on dispatched consignments, confirming lorry movement and unloading status. - Ensure inspection of materials with the store department. - Coordinate with the store for Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and CRAC preparation. - Handle Bank Guarantee (BG) requirements by sending format & details to Head Office and coordinating with HO for issuing and forwarding BG to the client. - Upload documents to the Gem portal for Gem Purchase Orders. - Maintain professional communication through email and calls with clients, store, and Head Office. Requirements: - Education: Graduation (any stream). - Skills required: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, document handling), good email writing skills, fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English (speaking and writing). - Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in client coordination, dispatch, or CRM are welcome. Please note that the work schedule for this role is Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers or experienced candidates.
