Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated CRM Executive to strengthen our network of affiliate mechanics.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on CRM experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with field and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain affiliate mechanic data in the CRM system
• Serve as the primary contact for mechanics, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
• Monitor performance, gather feedback, and ensure partner satisfaction
• Prepare and present reports on affiliate engagement and performance metrics
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to enhance mechanic relationships
• Support onboarding and engagement initiatives for new affiliates

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi / Kannada / Telugu
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data management
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and reporting accuracy

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 (negotiable based on experience)
