Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM Executive) who will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to delivery. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages on Instagram, WhatsApp, and website chat . Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, packaging, and dispatch . Track customer orders and ensure on-time delivery . Maintain follow-ups for customer satisfaction and feedback after purchase. Keep records of customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to improve the customer experience. Desired Skills & Qualities Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi . Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers. Experience 0–2 years of experience in customer support, CRM, or e-commerce preferred.
