Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and concerns promptly through calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions in CRM software .
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, legal, projects) for agreement execution, payment follow-ups, and possession scheduling.
Prepare and share demand letters, receipts, and other customer communication.
Manage documentation for booking, agreement to sale, registration, and possession.
Track payment schedules and send reminders for due payments.
Ensure a smooth customer journey from booking to handover and beyond.
Handle customer escalation and coordinate for resolution.
Collect customer feedback and assist in improving overall customer experience.
Support in planning and executing customer engagement activities or events.

Preferred candidate profile:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred)
Strong coordination and follow-up ability
Customer-centric approach with patience and empathy
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Knowledge of real estate documentation and RERA guidelines (preferred)
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
