CRM Executive (Manufacturing Unit)

We are a growing manufacturing unit, looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to handle dispatch follow-ups, client coordination, and end-to-end documentation. The role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on dispatched consignments:
• Confirm lorry movement (reached or not, entered plant or not, unloading status).
• Ensure inspection of materials with the store department.
• Coordinate with store for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and CRAC preparation.
• Follow up with clients and internal teams for payment as per agreed terms.
• Handle Bank Guarantee (BG) requirements:
• Send format & details to Head Office.
• Coordinate with HO for issuing and forwarding BG to the client.
• For Gem Purchase Orders, upload documents to the Gem portal.
• Maintain professional communication through email and calls with clients, store, and HO.
• Requirements
• Education: Graduation (any stream).
• Skills:
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, document handling).
• Good email writing skills.
• Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English (speaking and writing).
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in client coordination/dispatch/CRM are welcome.
• Work Location: Balitikuri, Howrah
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
