Senior Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant – Real Estate [MALE CANDIDATE ONLY] Location: Noida Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years Industry Preference: Real Estate / Property / Construction Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a solid background in GST, TDS, Balance Sheet finalization, and overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have prior exposure to real estate accounting, a strong grasp of financial management, and the ability to handle end-to-end accounting processes independently. Key Responsibilities:✅ Accounting & Financial Management Handle day-to-day accounting operations including voucher entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations. Preparation of  financial statements. Finalization of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Cash Flow Statements. ✅ GST and TDS Compliance Filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns) and ensuring timely compliance. Managing TDS deductions, filing of TDS returns, and handling related reconciliations. Addressing notices and queries from Income Tax and GST departments. ✅ Real Estate Accounting Maintain accurate records of property transactions, leasing, and sales agreements. Monitor revenue collections, payment schedules, and broker commissions. Handle project-wise accounting, fund allocation, and costing. ✅ Audits & Compliance Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors during audits. ✅ Financial Reporting Monthly MIS reporting, cash flow management, and budget variance analysis. Provide periodic updates on financial health, pending dues, and upcoming liabilities. ✅ Administrative Tasks Manage petty cash, reimbursements, vendor payments Maintain and update company fixed asset registers. Key Requirements: Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3+ years in real estate preferred. Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho Books or other accounting software. Excellent knowledge of GST laws, TDS regulations, and company law basics. Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of financial reports. Own a two-wheeler (bike) for local commuting between offices/sites when needed. Strong understanding of project accounting, lease agreements, and property-related transactions.
