Job Description

RafaBuildTec LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and oversee financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling accounts for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle from entries to finalization
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST compliance, returns, reconciliations, and audits
• Manage TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
• Review journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and project-wise expenses
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Guide and supervise junior accounting staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred (not mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation
• Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
• Ability to independently close books and manage audits
• Experience in project-based or construction accounting preferred

Preferred

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project accounting
• Strong analytical, leadership, and coordination skills
