Lead the financial strategy and operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure timely maintenance of accurate and up-to-date accounts and full adherence to statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, TCS, and other applicable tax and financial regulations. • Provide strategic insights and decision support for real estate investments and broader financial planning to enhance operational and capital efficiency. • Prepare accurate, timely, and transparent financial reports, ensuring regulatory filings and submissions are completed without delay or error. • Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and process improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, consultants, financial institutions) to ensure financial practices are aligned with the companys strategic objectives. • Based at the corporate office with occasional travel to project or site locations. • Extended working hours may be required during financial closings, audits, or compliance periods.
