A dynamic and growing organization committed to financial excellence and operational integrity. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team and drive accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain

  general ledger accounts

  and ensure reconciliation of all accounts.
• Prepare

  monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements

  (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow).
• Lead

  month-end and year-end closing processes

  .
• Handle

  Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

  and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
• Prepare accurate

  bank reconciliations

  ,

  tax computations

  and support statutory compliance.
• Assist in preparation of

  GST, TDS and other regulatory filings

  .
• Analyse financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
  
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors during audits.
  
• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure adherence to accounting standards and procedures.
  
• Implement improvements in processes and controls for better accuracy and efficiency.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

  in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance;

  CA Inter / CMA Inter

  or equivalent is a plus.

• 5 – 10 years of experience

  in accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, preferably in retail or corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation rules, GST.
  
• Experience with accounting software (e.g.,

  SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, Oracle

  , etc.).
• Advanced skills in

  MS Excel

  (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
