Role & responsibilities 1. Dealer/Distributor Coordination Act as the first point of contact for dealers/distributors operating in the assigned territory. Address queries regarding product availability, pricing, billing, order status, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for timely dispatch of materials. 2. Order Management Receive and process orders from channel partners through phone, email, or system. Track and update the order status and inform channel partners accordingly. Ensure adherence to credit limits and payment terms while processing orders. 3. Sales Support Support field sales teams with documentation, scheme communication, and stock availability. Prepare daily sales reports, stock status reports, and track order fulfillment. Assist in implementing trade schemes and communicating them effectively to the network. 4. Sales Office Administration Maintain updated records of channel partners, credit balances, outstanding payments, and scheme claims. Ensure proper documentation and filing of orders, invoices, and dispatch documents. Work closely with accounts and finance to reconcile payments, incentives, and credit notes. 5. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with channel partners through regular communication. Support customer satisfaction by resolving issues related to service, supply, and billing. 6. Data Reporting & Analysis Compile and send daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the area sales manager and head office. Track dealer-wise and product-wise sales performance. Identify fast- and slow-moving SKUs and report trends. Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Vendor development. Required : Supplier Development & Knowledge in Mfg of gearbox designing , Should be expert in developing components in Machine tools/Auto / Fabrication areas. Knowledge in Quality Management System. Desired : Should have good knowledge on Casting and Forging Components. Experience in purchasing, selecting suppliers for example cast iron, aluminium castings and forgings, purchasing standardised steel parts, also arranging the purchase of rubber components etc., purchasing operating materials and tools.

Role & responsibilities: Overall responsible for the Maintenance department includes team building, developing and streamlining the processes and systems. Planning & implementing, predictive/preventive / shut down maintenance as per schedules for machinery to increase machine up time / equipment reliability. Responsible for smooth functioning of all lab equipment, instruments, machines, HVAC, Utilities, Water System, Electrical dept. Coordinating installation, training, and maintenance of lab equipment as well as utility equipments. Responsible for handling new projects including Project Designing, URS Preparation, Vendor Identification. Pro-actively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns & taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting techniques. Responsible for maintaining essential spare parts for all the equipment to run the machines efficiently with minimum breakdown time. Preparing out all records & documentation as per SOPs for the unit for facilitating decision making by management. Responsible for giving training to the entire lab staff related to maintenance, safety, documentation. Responsible for reducing the maintenance cost by monitoring & getting preventive maintenance work from lab staff and their documentation. Responsible for getting all documentation of preventive maintenance of all equipment and machinery in labs, utility, HVAC. Break-down analysis and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) to avoid the repetition of failures. General administration as specified to maintain core activities and enable the facility management. Preferred candidate profile B.tech/M.tech with 1 to 3 years of experience Candidate must have experience with Pharma Equipments Formulation experience is not preferred.
