Chemveda is hiring for Quality Assurance Assistant Manager Position

Experience - 8-12 years

Qualification - M.Sc Chemistry /M.Pharma

Designation - Executive

Job Responsibilities :-

1. To design, develop, and implement a controlled document system for projects in Process Research & Development, Analytical Research & Development, Development Quality Assurance, and other relevant departments.

2. To define, implement, and monitor the Quality Systems for their effective implementation and compliance during the development of projects at PR&D and AR&D.

3. To be part of Quality management systems during or after project execution.

4. Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and archiving all records relevant to Technology Transfer.

5. To participate in Project Kick-off meetings for projects.

6. Review Technical reports alongside PR&D and finalize the Technical report for Technology Transfer discussions.

7. Verify completeness and share Technology Transfer documents with relevant teams/CMO.

8. Coordinate with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) for project relevant document closures.

9. To coordinate with Quality assurance/ CMO Quality assurance in addressing vendor questionnaires/ concerns during projects execution.

10. Provide training on SOPs, Guidelines and Compliance activities.

11. Review experiments/analysis documents for Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Technology Transfer.

12. To participate in external and internal audit activities and involve in qualification activities.

13. Verify vendor qualification documents and experiments executed for use tests.

14. To prepare audit compliance reports or responses and to ensuring the successful closure of audit cycle.

15. Extended support to CMO in investigations/OOS from Process Research & Development and Analytical Research & Development.

16. To coordinate with Quality assurance at Chemveda and Quality assurance at CMOs.
