Job Summary:

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute field marketing activities to promote the companies chemical products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional campaigns.
Provide regular reports on market activities, customer feedback, and sales performance.
Ensure brand visibility and consistency in field-level marketing efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the
chemical or manufacturing sector
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Male candidate (due to travel and field work requirements).
Background in
industrial or specialty chemicals
is a strong advantage.
Experience dealing with dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
