Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts, balance sheets, and intercompany transactions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide management decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for strategic planning.
  • Mentor junior accounting staff and support team development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3–4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in corporate or public accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
