Job Description – PA & Driver

Position Overview

The PA & driver will provide personal assistance, administrative support, and safe, timely transportation for the management. The role requires trustworthiness, confidentiality, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties

• Safely drive the director/management to meetings, site visits, and official engagements.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle (fueling, servicing, cleanliness).
• Keep logs of travel, expenses, and vehicle-related records.
• Follow traffic rules and ensure punctuality.

Personal Assistant Duties

• Assist the director with day-to-day tasks and scheduling.
• Manage calls, messages, and appointment coordination.
• Handle document delivery, bank work, and official errands.
• Support office administrative tasks when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company matters.

Requirements

• Valid LMV driving license with a good driving record.
• Good communication and basic documentation skills.
• Knowledge of traffic regulations.
• Polite, disciplined, and dependable.
• Flexible with working hours.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: 25,000 to 35,000 INR Per month
• Overtime/Allowances: 500 INR per deal as incentives
• PF/ESI (if applicable): Yes
• Mobile/Travel allowances: Yes, it will be reimbursed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
