Job Description

Position:

Develop architectural designs, layouts, and conceptual drawings in line with project requirements.
Create accurate 2D drawings using
AutoCAD
and 3D models using
SketchUp
.
Design and produce visually appealing presentation boards and diagrams using
Photoshop
.
Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to support planning and design efforts.
Prepare and revise drawings, layouts, and design documents for client presentations and approvals.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.
Conduct site visits, assist in surveys, and document existing conditions when required.
Stay updated on materials, construction technologies, and local building codes.
Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings.
Primarily office-based with occasional site visits.
May require extended hours based on project needs and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS

Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or equivalent).
1-3 years of relevant work experience (internship experience considered).
Proficient in
AutoCAD
,
SketchUp
, and
Photoshop
.
Good understanding of architectural standards, detailing, and building codes.
Strong design and visualization skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of additional tools like Revit, Lumion, InDesign, or Escape is a plus.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Interest in sustainable and innovative design approaches.
