Role & responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee execution of real estate projects from concept to completion, including land development, civil works, and finishing. Ensure timely delivery in alignment with RERA timelines. Team & Vendor Management: Manage site engineers, contractors, and consultants. Review work progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure daily task execution. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure contractual compliance. Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement strict quality control measures. Ensure adherence to safety norms and environmental regulations. Coordinate site audits and regulatory inspections. Cost & Budget Control: Monitor project cost vs. budget; identify cost-saving opportunities. Approve bills, track BOQs, and manage project cash flow. Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Regularly update senior management on project milestones. Coordinate with sales, legal, design, procurement, and finance teams for seamless execution. Conduct periodic site walkthroughs with clients or external consultants. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation including DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), MIS reports, and drawings. Prepare project status reports, budget variance reports, and delay analysis.
