Job Description

A Pre-Sales Executive in a real estate company is primarily responsible for managing and nurturing leads generated through various channels such as digital campaigns, tele-calling, walk-ins, and referrals. The executive is expected to proactively call prospective clients, understand their requirements, qualify their interest based on budget, location preference, and urgency, and ensure that only genuine and interested leads are handed over to the sales team for further action. Maintaining regular and professional follow-ups is a critical part of this role, with the aim of converting qualified leads into confirmed site visits. The Pre-Sales Executive must coordinate and schedule site visits efficiently, ensuring clear communication between the client and the on-site sales representatives. Accurate and timely updating of lead status, follow-up details, and customer interactions in the CRM system is mandatory to maintain lead hygiene and provide management with real-time insights. The role also involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the status of leads, follow-ups done, site visits scheduled, and conversions achieved. Additionally, the Pre-Sales Executive is expected to engage with potential customers by providing prompt responses to project-related queries, sharing updated brochures and price lists, and building a rapport that positively influences their buying decision. Regular coordination with the sales and marketing teams is essential to share feedback on lead quality and to align efforts for better conversion rates. Ultimately, the executive must achieve defined performance targets related to the number of qualified leads, site visits arranged, and overall contribution to the companys sales pipeline. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile To perform effectively in this role, a Pre-Sales Executive must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional telephone manner and strong listening abilities to understand customer requirements accurately. Proficiency in handling CRM tools . The executive should demonstrate consistent follow-up skills and the ability to nurture potential clients through timely interactions and reminders. Good time management and organizational skills are vital to handle high call volumes and to prioritize leads based on their quality and conversion potential. A basic understanding of real estate project features, legal documentation, pricing structures, and the overall booking process is also important. The executive should have strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and ensure a positive customer experience. The ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, prepare clear and concise reports, and resolve client objections or concerns with confidence further supports success in this role.
