Credit Risk Manager

Location: Mumbai

Job Role

• Manage projects related to Credit Risk, Credit Monitoring and Regulatory Reporting
• Understand system functionalities, map user requirements to applications and marts, provide credit management and reporting solutions
• Upon receiving request for initiation of project or enhancement (from Seniors / stakeholders), discuss with Principal/ Lead for initiation of request
• Prepare requirement documents, project plans, prepare/ review solution documents, obtain sign-off from stakeholders on requirements, prepare Test Cases, conduct UAT, configure systems, knowledge transfer to users for new solutions
• Ensure proper tracking of issues, escalation to seniors for critical issues and timely closure
• Extensive liaison with Credit, Risk, Operations, other SPOCs in Tech vertical
• Handle discussions with development team/ vendors for project planning, documentation, development efforts and timelines

Job Requirements

• Experience in techno-functional profile –
• Project management, writing requirement documents, test scenarios, doing UAT, issue analysis, understanding of application UI, integrations and data marts
• Credit underwriting, credit monitoring or Regulatory reporting
• Experience in application or project related to limits management, credit origination, exposure reporting and Application integration, as Business Analyst or End user will be a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL/ database management, comfort in making project related documents
• Overall experience of 8-10 years, B-Tech or MBA with good interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, good at stakeholder management
