Job SummaryWood Capital Finance Limited, a leading NBFC, is seeking an experienced *Credit Manager* to join our team in *Dehradun*. The ideal candidate will drive credit appraisal processes, manage risk, ensure policy compliance, and maintain portfolio quality for our suite of financial products including Home Loans, Micro Business Loans, and Loan Against Property.Key Responsibilities- *Credit Assessment*: Conduct thorough credit evaluations of loan applicants, assessing creditworthiness and repayment capacity.- *Risk Management*: Analyze credit risks and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory frameworks applicable to NBFCs.- *Portfolio Oversight*: Monitor credit portfolio to uphold asset quality and mitigate delinquencies.- *Compliance & Governance*: Ensure operations align with NBFC regulations and internal credit policies.- *Collaboration*: Work closely with business teams for credit approvals and with other functions for process optimization.- *Reporting & Analysis*: Prepare credit reports and present findings to management/credit committees.Requirements- *Qualification*: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (MBA)- *Experience*: 1-3 years in credit management within an NBFC/financial institution.- *Skills*: - Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication abilities. - Proficiency in credit risk assessment and management. - Knowledge of NBFC regulations and credit policies.- *Technical*: Comfort with financial software and credit management systems.What We Offer- Competitive compensation package.- Growth opportunities in a dynamic financial services environment.- Training for professional development.Interested candidates share your Resume to: hr@woodcapital.in.
