Branch Credit Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Credit Manager located in Noida, Dehradun, Lucknow, and Ghaziabad. As the Branch Credit Manager, your primary responsibilities will include evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, managing credit risk, and ensuring compliance with lending protocols. You will be tasked with analysing financial information, preparing credit reports, and making informed lending decisions. Additionally, you will monitor loan performance, identify potential risks, and contribute to the development of credit policies. Working closely with customers to understand their needs, you will provide solutions that align with WCFL's mission and objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess Credit Management and Credit Risk Management skills, along with strong analytical skills for financial evaluation and decision-making. A solid background in Finance and Credit is essential, coupled with excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work collaboratively and independently on-site is crucial for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include experience in managing mortgage and loan products, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. To be eligible for this role, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar profile is required.,
