Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager / Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the financial accounting operations at Dhansafal. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in NBFC financial compliance, accounting standards, taxation, and audits. This role involves managing end-to-end accounting processes, statutory reporting, and supporting financial strategy. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management. Ensure full compliance with RBI regulations, Ind AS, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements . Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee and coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure timely audit closures. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently. Track and report key financial indicators, variances, and forecasts. Handle loan book accounting and provisioning in line with RBI norms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and financial planning. Maintain and update all financial policies, procedures, and records. Interface with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as required. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of NBFC financial operations, compliance, and reporting Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting platforms Proficient in Balance Sheet finalization, book closure, costing books, and schedules quarterly and annually Knowledge of RBI returns, GST filings, TDS, and ROC compliances Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and leadership abilities Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance CA / Semi-qualified CA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Minimum 6 years CA of relevant accounting experience (preferably in NBFC or BFSI sector)
