Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a background in education loans. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and process credit applications for education loans.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer creditworthiness and make informed decisions on loan approvals.
Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and organizations.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job
Strong knowledge of credit underwriting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience working with education loan products is preferred.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
