Job Description

Job Title:

Purpose:

Partner with Global Functions leadership to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and continuously improve financial processes through standardization, automation, and insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Finance Business Partner, supporting functional strategy and transformation initiatives.
Manage functional P&L, Balance Sheet, and SOX/internal controls, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Lead monthly/quarterly/annual closing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide actionable insights and financial analysis to support business decisions and risk management.
Collaborate with accounting, tax, and finance teams to ensure compliance and fiscal accuracy.
Drive process simplification, automation, and adoption of best practices across financial operations.

Requirements:

CA/CMA/MBA Finance with 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis/controlling.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP (SAP preferred)
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently in a global, fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; experience in chemical/manufacturing industry preferred.
