Job Description

As a Corporate Strategy professional, your role will involve facilitating key Corporate/BU level Strategic Projects such as Business Restructuring, Business Expansion, Brand shifts, portfolio alignments, and division launches. You will be responsible for driving business performance by generating periodic performance insights, conducting benchmarking with competitors, and identifying competitive advantages, gaps, and growth opportunities for the business. Additionally, you will conduct Inter-firm benchmarking studies of competitors, including strategies, investment plans, M&A initiatives, financials, product portfolio, and pipeline to guide strategic decisions. Providing Therapy analysis and portfolio-specific insights for senior management will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Support Commercial excellence projects on Digital Initiatives, Marketing Excellence, Business Analytics, etc. - Collaborate and support business development initiatives including scouting for strategic Out-licensing opportunities, building and nurturing partnerships, and managing alliances for Small Molecules for the Domestic market. - Assist in Business Negotiations and Terms along with Legal contracts. - Identify gaps and targets for inorganic growth opportunities, conduct M&A analysis, and recommend go/no-go decisions on upcoming Investment opportunities. - Drive execution through collaboration with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - B.Pharm + MBA from a premier B school - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate strategy, Consulting, Market Research, Marketing, or Business development In this role, you are expected to possess the following competencies: - Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights. - Proficiency in utilizing data tools such as IQVIA, AWACS, SMSRC, IPD, Cortellis, etc. - Basic understanding of Legal and Financial aspects of agreements. - Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills. - Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. - Strong Interpersonal, Problem-Solving, Conflict Resolution, and Decision-making skills. - Project Management skills.,
