Job Description

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for a full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identify and Prospect:
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Focus on potential clients in the B2B sector, including event planners, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both Knight Gourmet and Caterpe.
  • Client Engagement: Respond to incoming inquiries, prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, and create customized proposals and menus that highlight the unique value propositions of each brand.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service specifications to secure new business while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the primary point, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience from the initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by offering additional services, such as upgrading from CaterBUFFET to CaterLUXURY or adding CaterSTAFF services to an order.
  • Feedback & Insight: Gather market and customer feedback to inform business strategy and new product development, staying sensitive to evolving market trends and customer preferences.
  • Operational & Administrative Support
Coordination: Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure all event details, from menu selection to logistics, are accurately communicated and executed flawlessly.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client information, and sales performance in a CRM system. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote brand visibility and network.
