As the Sales Head for the SaaS (XCQC Product Line) at XtraCover, you will play a crucial role in driving new customer acquisition, revenue generation, and overall profit and loss ownership for our XCQC SaaS vertical. This leadership position is ideal for a seasoned SaaS sales professional with a deep understanding of industries such as mobility, repair/refurbishment, warranty, and recommerce. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the sales strategy and PnL for XCQC, identifying and targeting B2B prospects across various sectors, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, building a strong sales pipeline, and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets. You will also be responsible for customer onboarding, conducting product demos, engaging in technical discussions with clients, and collaborating with the Product and Tech Teams to customize the tool according to client requirements. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in SaaS/B2B Tech Sales, a proven track record of new customer acquisition, and enterprise sales. Additionally, a solid understanding of technical diagnostics in mobiles, laptops, and desktops is essential. Your ability to manage CxO level conversations, strong solution selling skills, and experience in revenue and PnL accountability will be key to your success.
