Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service offerings.
  • Convert inbound/outbound leads into sales by building strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain a high volume of calls and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads, share product details, and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales data in CRM tools.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and achieve overall goals.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
