  • Roles & Responsibilities

    • Increase the number of onboarded consumers and employees
    • Drive ongoing engagement initiatives across corporate accounts
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to design strategies targeting CXOs, Directors, CHROs, and senior leadership
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop account-based content and campaigns
    • Clearly communicate Aurae Health’s value proposition to secure initial meetings with prospects
    • Build strong product and solution knowledge across Aurae Health’s offerings
    • Qualify and develop outbound leads across multiple business lines through structured discovery and communication
    • Track marketing funnel effectiveness and assess engagement initiatives on onboarding and user activity


    Must-Have Requirements

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or prospecting role
    • Prior experience in SaaS organisations preferred
    • Startup experience is a strong advantage
    • Strong core marketing acumen
    • Working knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
    • High empathy for customers with an ability to understand evolving needs
    • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell solutions
    • Familiarity with engagement and marketing tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, or similar platforms
