Job Description

As a Corporate Sales Head at Aurae Health, your primary responsibility will be to lead enterprise partnerships and drive the growth of Aurae Health's Employee Benefit & AI Health Technology platform across India. Your strategic acumen and experience in B2B healthcare, HRTech, insurance, wellness, SaaS, or employee benefit ecosystems will be crucial in shaping Aurae Health's commercial blueprint for expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Leadership - Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for corporate and enterprise sales. - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing corporate sales team. - Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure and account expansion. - Corporate Acquisition & Partnerships - Acquire large and mid-size organizations across sectors for Aurae's Employee Benefit + AI Health Platform. - Build strong relationships with CHROs, HR leaders, CXOs, and corporate wellness heads. - Work closely with insurance brokers, TPAs, and corporate consultants to drive structured partnerships. - Product & Solution Positioning - Understand corporate customer needs deeply and align them with Aurae's AI technologies, preventive health products, risk assessment engines, and diagnostics network. - Present an ROI-driven value proposition for employee wellness, cost optimization, and health risk management. - Revenue Ownership - Own quarterly and annual revenue targets for the corporate segment. - Build predictable pipelines and ensure high conversion rates. - Identify high-value opportunities in insurtech, HRTech integrations, and wellness bundles. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with product, medical, AI/ML, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of corporate solutions. - Provide field intelligence to shape product enhancements and sales enablement. - Client Success & Retention - Drive long-term corporate retention and upsell opportunities. - Oversee onboarding, implementation, health program outcomes, and ongoing relationship management. Qualifications Required: - 3-5+ years of experience in corporate / enterprise sales. - Strong network with CHROs, HR leaders, corporate wellness heads, or insurance ecosystem stakeholders. - Experience in healthtech, HRTech, SaaS, insurtech, employee benefits, wellness programs, or related industries. - Proven ability to close large enterprise contracts and manage complex sales cycles. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and consultative sales capabilities. - High ownership mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.,
