Role Overview As an Operations Executive, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the critical link between our clients and diagnostic partners. You will skillfully manage the end-to-end coordination of diagnostic appointments and bulk health check requests, including scheduling, confirmation, result delivery, and organising onsite health check camps at various locations. This is a dynamic role offering significant experience in healthcare operations, customer service, and logistical management. Key Responsibilities Client & Onsite Camp Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for health check clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely follow-ups. Manage bulk health check requests, coordinating all logistics for both individual appointments and large-scale onsite health check camps . Be ready to travel to different locations as needed to successfully manage and oversee onsite camps. Process Management: Oversee the complete execution of annual health checks, from registration and scheduling to result delivery. Ensure strict compliance with protocols for data privacy and diagnostic standards. Vendor Management: Liaise with diagnostic partners, labs, and medical teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Monitor vendor performance and proactively address any service-level issues. Data & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, appointment statuses, and diagnostic results. Generate periodic reports on operational metrics, client feedback, and process improvements. Customer Experience: Monitor client feedback and proactively address concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels. Implement initiatives that enhance the overall client journey. Operational Efficiency: Identify gaps in existing workflows and recommend tangible process improvements. Collaborate with our tech team to optimise health check scheduling, reporting, and communication systems. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, healthcare services, or diagnostics. Experience in organising onsite camps and a background in health-tech is a strong plus. Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and operational software (e.g., CRM/ERP systems).
