Job Title – Corporate Communications Specialist
About the Role
This position is responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that inform, engage and inspire the 1200 employees across the Business Services Organization in Hyderabad. You will play a key role in fostering a strong company culture, enhancing employee engagement and ensuring alignment with our mission, values and business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement internal communication plans that support organizational initiatives, change management and employee engagement.
- Create compelling content for a variety of internal channels including newsletters, intranet, emails, leadership messages and town halls.
- Support key employee engagement communication initiatives, such as recognition programs, cultural events and wellness campaigns. Work closely with HR and leadership to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication.
- Partner with leaders, HR, IT and other departments and committees to communicate key programs, policies and updates.
- Manage internal communication tools and platforms, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and continuously improve based on feedback and analytics.
- Identify and support participation in relevant local industry events, conferences, to enhance our employer brand and attract talent. This could involve preparing speaking points for leaders or developing promotional materials.
- Develop visuals for use in communications, social media, digital signage, etc.
- Act as a local point of contact for any approved media inquiries related to the Hyderabad center, working closely with global corporate communications.
- Support internal social media communications and external best practices for leadership.
- Understand and adhere to CBRE branding and writing styles.
- Report to and support Sr. Corporate Communications Specialist in related communications in other centers as needed.

- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Communications, Public Relations (PR), or Marketing or a related discipline and at least one to two years of relevant experience and/or training.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite applications.
- Experience with SharePoint or other internal communication platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence with limited supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages. Conducts basic financial analysis.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to coworkers and supervisor.
