Key Roles & Responsibilities : Lead project cost and commercial functions , including budgeting, rate analysis, forecasting, and cash flow planning. Prepare project budgets, estimates, tenders , handle bid circulation, comparisons, negotiations, finalization, and issuance of work orders. Manage pre-construction commercial activities including quantity surveying and contract documentation. Oversee cost management during execution – change orders, bill certification, payment processing, and ERP tracking. Handle commercial clearances and processing of final contractor/vendor bills . Drive vendor/contractor identification and development , ensuring best value and performance. Monitor and report commercial vs physical project progress . Maintain comprehensive Techno-Commercial & Contracts MIS . Implement value engineering solutions to enhance cost efficiency without compromising time or quality. Conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment on all techno-commercial aspects. Coordinate with design and execution teams for effective integration of commercial strategies. Work closely with finance/accounts departments for contractor/vendor payments and budget alignment. Prepare and update cash flow statements aligned with project timelines and budgets. Expected Candidate Attributes: Experience: 10 to 15 Years Educational Qualification: Mandatory: B.E. Civil Preferred: M.E. / M.Tech / PG in Construction Management / MBA Industry Background: Cost Consultancy / PMC / Real Estate / Building Construction / Contracting / EPC Why Join Venus?
