Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Manager based in Head Office Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and Plant Sitarganj, Uttarakhand. The Contract Manager will oversee the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, analyzing contract terms to mitigate risks, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth execution. The Contract Manager is expected to monitor contract performance, resolve disputes, maintain documentation, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize contractual agreements while aligning with organizational goals and policies.
