Job DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Guest Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining guest relations, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience, and contributing to sales efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries efficiently and professionally.Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.Coordinate between clients and internal departments for smooth communication.Ensure adherence to brand standards in all areas of front desk operations.Manage front desk functions and support guest relations personnel.Maintain records and compile front office statistics and reports.Schedule and manage work shifts for front office team members.Uphold company standards for appearance, dress code, and hygiene.Support other administrative tasks as needed.Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in front office/receptionist roles.Graduate from any recognized university.Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.Well-groomed, good-looking, and presentable at all times.Proficient in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.Client-focused, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.Experience in handling daily office operations and administrative duties.What We OfferA professional and growth-oriented work environment.Opportunities to interact with clients and enhance customer service skills.Competitive salary and benefits based on experience.
