Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound inquiries from multiple channels (website, portals, walk-ins, campaigns, etc.) Conduct initial client qualification via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-person. Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales representatives. Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools. Provide accurate information to clients regarding property projects, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, etc. Follow up diligently on leads and nurture them for sales conversion. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to streamline communication and improve lead-to-sale ratio. Assist in organizing property events, open houses, and project launches. Share client feedback and market insights with the team to optimize outreach efforts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or customer service, preferably in real estate or a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Understanding on CRM Tools would be add-on. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Show more Show less
