Work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and provide initial solutions.
- Technical Support & Solution Designing:
Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product presentations, and demonstrations to customers.
Collaborate with the engineering team to offer customized solutions based on client
needs.
- Proposal & Documentation:
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and detailed commercial offers.
Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations) with accurate and competitive pricing.
- Product Knowledge & Training:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, applications, and industry trends.
Conduct internal and external training sessions to educate customers and sales teams.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management:
Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
Support in addressing client queries and ensuring a smooth sales cycle.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer demands.
Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3-4 years in Pre-Sales within the Industrial Machinery, Pumps, or related industry.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial pumps and related equipment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales tools.
- Preferred: Prior experience in handling international clients or B2B industrial sales.
