Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive based in Thane. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable property solutions. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to develop proposals, responding to client inquiries, coordinating site visits, and conducting market research to support the sales strategy. Additionally, the Pre-Sales Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Real Estate Experience is Mandatory
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and analyze market trends
• Experience in proposal creation, lead generation, and customer engagement
• Proficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of sales strategies
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends is a plus
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
