Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Pre-Sales Executive. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and converting incoming client inquiries, maintaining relationships with potential clients, and aligning their needs with the company’s real estate solutions. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, conducting presentations, gathering client requirements, providing consultation on property options, and ensuring a seamless pre-sales process with a focus on customer satisfaction. Regular market research and competitive analysis will also be part of the responsibilities to ensure the delivery of informed solutions.

  • Proficiency in client interaction, handling inquiries, and providing customer support
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with sales teams
  • Strong skills in market research, analysis, and property consultation
  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends and processes within the Gurgaon and Delhi NCR regions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Experience in sales, client acquisition, or real estate consulting is an advantage
