Job Description

We are hiring for a Graphic Designer for our office in Gurugram. Someone with 1+ years of experience in the field with an eye for designing and creativity will be a good fit. Key Responsibilities: Create visual content for print and digital platforms (e.g., brochures, social media, websites, ads, presentations). Collaborate with marketing, product, or content teams to develop design concepts aligned with brand strategy. Translate briefs into creative designs , ensuring visual consistency and high-quality output. Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, showing good time management and prioritization. Contribute to branding efforts —develop or maintain brand guidelines, logos, icons, and visual systems. Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders or team members, incorporating feedback constructively. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices. Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; optionally After Effects or XD). Familiarity with Canva and other relatable mediums for digital designs Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy . Expected Competencies: Ability to take initiative and own medium-sized projects independently. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to accept and apply feedback constructively . Developing a portfolio that shows both creativity and strategic thinking . Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
