Job Description

Position Overview

Red Learning is looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories.

You’ll design for both digital and print creating high-quality creatives for social media, advertising campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Your work will shape how professionals perceive one of the UAE’s most respected training institutes as we expand in India.

You’ll work closely with the content writer and marketing team to bring Red Learning’s brand voice professional, confident, and human to life visually.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Advertising Design

  • Create engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube thumbnails.
  • Design ads and promotional posters for lead generation campaigns across platforms.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all posts and campaigns, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.

2. Marketing Collaterals & Print Design

  • Design brochures, flyers, certificates, banners, and event posters.
  • Support offline and corporate training events with presentation layouts and print-ready materials.

3. Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the content writer to visualize posts, carousels, and storytelling series.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ad concepts and visuals.
  • Suggest creative ideas that enhance campaign impact and audience engagement.

4. Video & Reels Support

  • Create simple motion graphics, text overlays, and branded visuals for reels or short videos.
  • Design animated stories or visual intros for social media and YouTube.

5. Brand Consistency & Quality

  • Ensure all designs follow Red Learning’s color palette, tone, and premium visual identity.
  • Keep visuals clean, minimal, and aligned with the “clarity over clutter” philosophy.
  • Stay updated on current design trends to keep Red Learning’s content modern and relevant.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro (basic video editing).
  • Creative sense: Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual balance.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with writers and marketers to bring campaigns to life.
  • Speed & Precision: Able to meet deadlines while maintaining design quality.
  • Attention to detail: Every line, color, and placement must reflect professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for education, training, or corporate brands is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ad design formats for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Some familiarity with motion graphics or animation is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
