Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pre-Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client inquiries, providing property information, and scheduling site visits. Other responsibilities include meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role also involves maintaining records of prospective clients and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience with lead generation, client relations, and sales support
• Familiarity with the real estate industry and local market trends
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with CRM tools or sales software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, office-based environment
