Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Guest Relations Specialist. The Guest Relations Specialist will handle customer interactions, assist in improving customer experiences, ensure satisfaction, and strengthen relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting sales efforts to foster customer loyalty.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Customer Experience are essential.
Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
Experience in Sales and the ability to provide effective support in driving customer acquisition and retention.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-first approach to ensure satisfaction.
Experience in hospitality, customer relations, or similar fields is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is preferred.
