About the Role

Guest Relation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist high-end clients, visitors, and walk-ins at the sales gallery/site office.
  • Maintain a premium and professional environment aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
  • Coordinate client meetings, property tours, and appointment scheduling.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and the sales/CRM teams.
  • Handle client queries, provide accurate information, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Manage reception activities, visitor logs, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Support event coordination, customer engagement activities, and project site visits.
  • Ensure high standards of grooming, conduct, and customer service at all times.

Key Requirements

  • Background in

    Hospitality (Hotels), Aviation (Cabin Crew/Ground Staff), or Real Estate Guest Relations

    .
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Highly presentable, confident, and service-driven.
  • Ability to manage premium clientele with professionalism and warmth.
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and deliver a luxury customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Customer Relations, or related field.
  • Prior experience in luxury hotels, airlines, real estate customer experience, or concierge services.
