Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GRE) based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include assisting in data analysis, collaborating with senior engineers to execute projects, conducting research to support projects, and preparing documentation and reports. The candidate will also assist in ensuring process optimization and maintaining professional communication with both internal teams and clients. This role offers exciting opportunities for professional development and learning within a dynamic and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

Basic technical knowledge in the relevant engineering field and proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in using technical tools and software commonly used in engineering projects.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (specific discipline mentioned in application).
Internship or prior experience in engineering-related projects or roles is advantageous.
