Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Guest Relations Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying guest experience. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and promoting sales through excellent service and personalized communication. The role also involves ensuring a warm, professional, and courteous environment for all customers during their interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service to ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction.
• Strong Communication abilities, including verbal and written, for effectively engaging with diverse customers and team members.
• Experience in Customer Experience management to create a positive and memorable impression on guests.
• Sales expertise to assist in achieving business objectives while understanding customer needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a professional demeanor, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is preferred.
