Guest Relations Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Specialist, located in Pune, Maharashtra. The Guest Relations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, providing product recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Additional responsibilities include managing customer feedback, supporting sales efforts, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with guests effectively
• Experience in Customer Experience and Sales, emphasizing relationship-building and meeting customer needs
• Positive attitude, proactive approach to problem-solving, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and additional languages will be an advantage
