Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Development:

• Write compelling, SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions
• Create engaging social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X)
• Develop content calendars and maintain consistent publishing schedules
• Craft attention-grabbing headlines, meta descriptions, and social media captions
• Produce various content formats including articles, infographics, video scripts, and social posts

SEO & Optimization:

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities
• Implement on-page SEO best practices including proper heading structure, internal linking, and meta tags
• Optimize existing content based on performance metrics and search trends
• Monitor and analyze content performance using Google Analytics and social media insights
• Stay updated with latest SEO algorithms and social media platform changes

Strategy & Research:

• Develop data-driven content strategies aligned with business objectives
• Research industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor content
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging
• Identify content gaps and opportunities for improved search visibility
• Create buyer personas and tailor content to different audience segments

Quality & Collaboration:

• Proofread and edit content for grammar, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing team members
• Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings
• Provide regular reports on content performance and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 2-3 years of proven experience in content writing, preferably in digital marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating SEO and social media writing capabilities
• Excellent command of English with impeccable grammar and writing skills
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
• Understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, etc.)

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of on-page and technical SEO principles
• Familiarity with keyword research tools and techniques
• Basic understanding of HTML and web formatting
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace

Desired Skills:

• Experience in content marketing for B2B/B2C audiences
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and social media analytics
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Certification in Google Analytics or SEO
• Experience with A/B testing and content optimization
