Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Strategist with 2-3 years of experience to develop and execute content strategies across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, content marketing, and brand/blog management, with a strong understanding of AI tools to optimize content creation and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Guide a team of creative designers, videographers and editors
Preparing script and content flow for videos
Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
Optimize content using AI tools for SEO, personalization, and audience engagement.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to create compelling multimedia content.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated with industry trends, AI-driven content marketing innovations, and best practices.
Manage brand messaging, tone, and voice to ensure consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in social media content creation, content marketing, and blog/brand management.
Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Grammarly, or similar for content optimization.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content performance analytics.
Experience using CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.
Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Experience with paid content promotions and influencer marketing.
Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools.
