Key Responsibilities Content Strategy Development

• Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market and audience research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.

Content Creation & Management

• Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engaging content.
• Manage and oversee the editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms (blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media).

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track, measure, and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other content analytics platforms.
• Generate reports and insights to optimize content strategies for maximum impact.

SEO & Content Marketing

• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic reach and search engine rankings.
• Work with SEO specialists to develop and execute keyword strategies effectively.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage freelance writers, in-house content creators, or external contributors to ensure quality and consistency.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, creative, and engaging content ideas.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of proven experience in content strategy, content marketing, or related roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing content across web, social media, blogs, and email marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot), and analytics tools.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (A specialization in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields is a plus.)
